This WoW Raid Cooldown Tracker is a lightweight, powerful tool designed to help raid leaders and members coordinate critical abilities during encounters. Proper cooldown management is often the key to defeating challenging bosses, and this tracker provides a clear, real-time overview of who has what available. Built for speed and ease of use, it requires no installation and can be easily embedded into any guild website or Discord overlay. The clean, responsive design ensures it works flawlessly on any device, from a second monitor during a raid to a quick check on your phone.

We've pre-loaded the most impactful raid cooldowns for every class and specialization, ensuring you have the data you need right at your fingertips. The design is inspired by modern, clean aesthetics to minimize distraction and maximize clarity, allowing you to make split-second decisions without fighting a clunky UI.

How to Use the Tracker

Using the tracker is straightforward. Follow these simple steps to get started:

1. Add a Cooldown: Use the "Add Cooldown" dropdown menu to select a class and then the specific ability you want to track.
2. Assign a Player: Optionally, you can enter a player's name in the "Player Name" field to assign the cooldown to a specific raid member. This helps in keeping track of assignments.
3. Add to Tracker: Click the "Add to Tracker" button. A new card for that cooldown will appear in the grid below. You can add as many cooldowns as you need for your raid composition.
4. Start & Reset Timers: Once a player uses their ability, click the "Start Cooldown" button on their card. The timer will begin counting down. You can reset an individual timer using its "Reset" button.
5. Manage the Board: To remove a cooldown from the board, simply click the "Remove" button on its card. If you want to clear all timers and start fresh, use the "Reset All" button in the main control area.

Tips for Effective Cooldown Management

For Raid Leaders:

• Plan Ahead: Before the pull, set up the tracker with all major defensive and offensive cooldowns your team has. Assign them to players to create a clear rotation plan.
• Use Player Names: Assigning names makes callouts easier. Instead of "Use a healing cooldown," you can say, "Sparky, use Divine Hymn now."
• Stagger Cooldowns: For mechanics that require sustained mitigation, use the tracker to set up a sequence of cooldowns (e.g., Barrier -> Aura Mastery -> Darkness) to ensure you always have something active.

For Raid Members:

• Know Your Timers: Keep an eye on your cooldown's timer. Knowing you have 15 seconds left can help you prepare for your assignment.
• Communicate: If your cooldown is not ready for a specific mechanic, let your raid leader know ahead of time so they can adjust.
• Be Proactive: Don't always wait for a callout. If you see a dangerous situation and your defensive cooldown is available, using it proactively can save the raid.
