How Ultimate Weapon Sync Works

In The Tower: Idle Tower Defense, the key to exploding your coin income lies in the synchronization of your Ultimate Weapons (UWs). The "Golden Tower" (GT) provides a massive global coin multiplier, while the "Black Hole" (BH) traps enemies and applies a coin bonus to them. When these two activate at the exact same time, their bonuses multiply each other, resulting in exponential gains.

Best Synchronization Ratios

A "perfect sync" occurs when the cooldown of one weapon is a direct multiple of the other. The most common strategies include:

• 1:1 Sync (The Holy Grail): GT and BH both at the same cooldown (e.g., 3:20 or 3:00). Every activation yields maximum coins.
• 2:1 Sync (Budget): BH at 3:20 and GT at 5:00 is default (Sync every 10 minutes). Upgrading GT to 3:20 is the mid-game goal.
• Partial Syncs: Having random cooldowns like 4:10 and 3:20 results in rare overlaps, significantly hurting your economy.

Tips for Farming Coins

Always prioritize lowering the Golden Tower cooldown to match Black Hole before lowering Black Hole further. A common mistake is lowering Black Hole to 3:00 while GT is still at 4:00, breaking the 10-minute natural sync and ruining income until you spend thousands of stones to fix it.
