The Math of "Gold Per Day" (g/d)
New farmers often make the mistake of planting the crop with the highest sell price (like Melons). However, profit is about time.
Our Profit Calculator uses the standard community metric: Gold Per Day (g/d). It calculates:
- Regrowth Cycles: Crops like Blueberries and Cranberries produce multiple harvests from a single seed. While one Blueberry sells for less than a Melon, the bush produces profit all season long without replanting costs.
- Processing Time: Starfruit Wine sells for more than Ancient Fruit Wine. However, Ancient Fruit regrows every 7 days, matching the exact time it takes a Keg to finish. This synchronization often makes Ancient Fruit more profitable in the long run due to labor efficiency.
Safe Save Editing
