The Hunt Begins. (Bring a Calculator).

Monster Hunter is a game of hidden numbers. Behind every Great Sword "True Charged Slash" or Dual Blades "Demon Dance" lies a complex formula of Motion Values, Hitzone Values, Sharpness Multipliers, and Elemental caps. If you trust the numbers on the screen blindly, you aren't doing optimal damage.

Whether you are min-maxing your Sunbreak endgame set or preparing for the new frontier in Monster Hunter Wilds, our tools help you crunch the numbers so you can focus on the hunt.

๐Ÿฆ– Monster Hunter Wilds

Understanding "True Raw" vs. "Display Raw"

The biggest point of confusion for new hunters is the damage number shown in the menu. In older titles (and likely Wilds), the game uses "Bloat Values" to make heavy weapons look stronger. A Great Sword might show 1400 Attack, while a Sword & Shield shows 300, even if they have the same "True Raw."

Our calculators strip away the bloat. We use True Raw (the actual base number) combined with Motion Values (the % of damage a specific move deals). This is the only way to accurately compare two different weapons.

The RNG of Qurious Melding

In Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, the endgame revolves around the "Talisman Lottery." You dump materials into the pot and hope for a Attack Boost 3 / Weakness Exploit 2 / 3-1-1 Slots charm.

However, not every combination is possible. The game has strict logic rules (e.g., some skills cannot appear at max rank on the second slot). Our Talisman Calculator verifies if the charm you are dreaming of actually exists in the drop tables, saving you from wasting materials chasing a ghost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the Wilds Calculator work with the Beta/Demo?

Yes. We update the motion values as soon as dataminers extract them from public Betas. However, release version values may change significantly.

Does the Damage Calculator account for Hitzones?

Absolutely. A "Weakness Exploit" build does zero extra damage if you are hitting a hard part of the monster (Hitzone < 45). Our tool forces you to select the monster part (Head, Wings, Tail) to see your real in-hunt damage.

What is "EFR"?

EFR stands for Effective Raw. It is a single number that combines your Attack, Affinity (Crit Chance), and Crit Boost. It is the gold standard for comparing two physical builds.
