📖 How to Use the Stronghold Calculator
🎯 Step-by-Step Instructions
- Prepare: Craft at least 2 Eyes of Ender using Blaze Powder and Ender Pearls.
- Position 1: Go to any location in your world and press F3 to open the debug screen.
- Throw Eye: Throw an Eye of Ender and watch where it flies. Don't move after throwing!
- Record Data: Note your X and Z coordinates, and the yaw angle from the facing direction.
- Position 2: Move at least 500 blocks away (preferably at a right angle to the first throw direction).
- Repeat: Throw another Eye of Ender and record the new coordinates and yaw angle.
- Calculate: Enter all six values into the calculator and click "Calculate Stronghold Location".
- Navigate: Go to the calculated coordinates and dig down to find the stronghold!
💡 Pro Tips for Accuracy
- Space your two positions at least 500 blocks apart for better accuracy
- Try to position yourself at roughly a 90-degree angle between throws
- Look directly at the Eye of Ender when recording the yaw angle
- The yaw angle is found in the "Facing" line of the F3 debug screen
- Round coordinates to the nearest whole number for simplicity
